Hut to hut

Hut to hut
Private tours of one or more days through the Dolomite Valleys

From refuge to refuge, it’s a journey among the mountains, a return to simplicity, to the breathtaking panoramas that unfold before our eyes, to the shared challenges with our companions, as well as the emotions that the journey will offer us, unique and unrepeatable, much like in life where days pass quickly and experiences envelop us.

When we engage with nature and its elements, a guide with extensive experience capable of finding solutions in every circumstance becomes the ideal travel companion.

Evenings in the mountain refuges are moments of gathering and sharing, where conversations flow and plans are made over a drink, savoring the simple yet intense atmosphere that only a mountain refuge can convey.

In my opinion, the simpler the refuges are, the more beautiful they become. They are humble and genuine, with few frills, and when there is no internet, it becomes even better. We return to communicating face to face, looking into each other’s eyes.

Private tours of one or more days through the Dolomite Valleys.

We spend a few nights in mountain refuges and/or guesthouses.

The tours are decided based on the participants’ fitness level.

An example for proficient hikers: Crossing the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Natural Park from San Cassiano in Val Badia to Cortina d’Ampezzo. 2 or 3 days, spending 1 or 2 nights in a refuge.

We organize tours to suit every preference and budget, from basic to luxurious refuges or bivouacs.

Upon request, we arrange hut-to-hut or bivouac hikes with via ferrata climbs and/or rock climbing.

Enrosadira, which derives from Ladin and means “to turn pink”, is a phenomenon that gives the characteristic pink-purple color to these mountains and is mainly caused by the chemical constitution of the Dolomites: magnesium and calcium carbonate.
